The Audit Service Sierra Leone held a workshop
at the Hotel Barmoi, Freetown, to prepare and launch a
web-site to promote the work and activities of the organisation.
Senior management and representatives of the organisation's
divisions participated in the event.
Arrangements were made for a working group that will be
responsible for the site content to meet on a regular
basis. Urgent items will also be added on an ad-hoc basis.
The event and the web-site was funded under the DFID Support
to the Office of the Auditor General project, and advisors from
consultants PKF presented and coordinated the event.
The Auditor General, Mrs. Anna Caesar, proclaimed it an historic day.
